As a
key part of our medical device contract manufacturing
services, we offer state-of-the-art medical
injection molding in a class 100,000 clean room.
We operate Cincinnati Milacron Robo Shot all
electric molding machines. These state-of-the-art
machines are completely CNC and closed loop
controlled and offer the utmost in accuracy,
precision and cleanliness. Servo motors replace
the hydraulic pumps and actuators on conventional
machines. This eliminates microscopic hydraulic
air particles in the air.
We further employ the finest material drying and handling equipment
available. Resin is dried outside of the clean
room in Matsui rotary bed driers. As the desiccant
bed is constantly regenerated, there is zero
dew point fluctuation in the material. This
further contributes to superb part consistency.
Resin is delivered automatically to the molding
machines through a Just-in-Time closed loop
vacuum system. This assures the resin consistency
and keeps any particles associated with raw
material handling out of the clean environment.
We
frequently have customers bring us molds made
and run by others due to our ability to produce
consistently high quality parts that conform
to all specifications.
We are skilled in processing engineering and commodity
resins and even more exotic materials such as
bio-sorbable polymers and fluorocarbons. We routinely work with
molded product tolerances of +/- 0.001". Our
processing and tooling knowledge is very beneficial
in diagnostic product applications where special
conditions such as background fluorescence must
be controlled.
We utilize a fully integrated MRP system on
a local area network. Our commitment to continuous
improvement and on-going training and education
of our employees help ensure we remain current
with the latest in processing techniques, material
developments and equipment technology
We have full time internal quality control
capabilities supported by a well equipped metrology
department. Certified "dock to stock" status
is available for injection molded components
and molded components requiring secondary operations.
Certificates of compliance are provided with
product shipments.
